Returns Policy
We offer a 30 days return policy on Castle loudspeakers.
Castle is committed to exemplary quality and we trust that you will love your loudspeakers. We understand that there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. We truly hope you are pleased with your purchase, but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery. Please return the product to us with the original packing and all accessories.
Please keep the items ‘as new’ with all original packaging and accessories. Units returned with damage, marks and dents, scratch scuff marks, or missing accessories will be subject to restocking fees.
If you have any issues with the setup or placement or have a less than satisfactory experience with your product, please contact us for further advice and assistance. Sometimes, careful setup and minor details help make vast improvements! Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team, as many issues can be rectified over the phone without returning. Our support and 30 days return policy is in addition to the Distance Selling Directive and subject to different terms and conditions as laid out within the Consumer Sale of Goods Act. Before returning any item, you must receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This will be provided in writing with complete instructions regarding how to package your item appropriately for a safe return.
All returns will need a copy of your original purchase receipt and cover note.
Unfortunately, items returned without a valid RAN and outside of return packaging guidelines will be refused—this process in place to protect you and your returned item.
Customer is liable for shipping costs for returns within 30 days in the case that the product is not faulty and they have just changed their mind.
Faulty / Damaged Items
In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately, and certainly within 5 working days.
If the item is faulty within 30 days, we will typically replace it or provide a full refund or credit for the item's cost. Any refund will cover delivery or collection charges.
